Encouraging Youth

“The world now has the largest generation of young people in history. I place great hope in their power to shape our future,” former United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

The needs of young people to be supported, allowed to be the best they can be, and their thirst to shape our world are an energy we adults must embrace. The youth see the world as one and wish to learn, live and find love, anywhere on the planet without barriers enforced by policies and regulations. Whilst there is some way to go before this might become a reality, we can support young people through brilliant experiences.

There are many PTPI student chapters doing great things globally.  And there are chapters that work in partnership with Scouting and other local youth organizations. Find the way that works where you are, ask us for help and share your stories with us. 

Together with our student travel program, homestay, conferences and grants, we are doing all that we can to ensure the young people that connect with PTPI, are exposed to amazing experiences.

Donate to our Youth Development Conference fund

You can help us offer an opportunity, for young people to attend our European Conference, each year. The “Youth Development Conference Fund“ will be used to offer scholarships for students so that they can attend Conferences or Youth Camps. The scholarships cover; participation fee, homestay and a contribution to international travel expenses.
